Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Launchtic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

These terms apply to both the free open-source version and the Pro/Enterprise licensed versions.

Launchtic is an open-source, self-hosted marketing platform. You run it on your own server. We provide:

The open-source software under the Launchtic Fair-Code License.

Pro and Enterprise license keys that unlock additional features.

This website (launchtic.com) for purchasing licenses and documentation.

We do not host your funnels, store your contacts, or manage your infrastructure. That's the point.

The Launchtic source code is licensed under the Launchtic Fair-Code License. You are free to self-host, modify, and use Launchtic for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following:

You may not resell Launchtic as a hosted SaaS product to third parties without an Enterprise license.

You may not remove or obscure copyright notices.

A license key is valid for one (1) self-hosted instance. Each instance requires its own key.

You may create an account on launchtic.com to manage your license. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All activity that occurs under your account.

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Launchtic to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Distribute malware or harmful code.

We are not responsible for how you use the self-hosted software on your own server. You bear full responsibility for your instance and its use.

Pro and Enterprise licenses are sold as annual subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a license you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

License keys are delivered by email upon successful payment. If you don't receive your key within 10 minutes, contact us on X @launchtic.

Prices may change at renewal. We'll notify you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

Launchtic is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to Launchtic is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are a small team. Bugs happen. Servers hiccup. We'll do our best to fix things quickly.

You may stop using Launchtic at any time. Your self-hosted instance continues to work — we have no ability to disable it remotely.

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these terms. In that case, refunds are at our discretion per the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Launchtic after changes means you accept the new terms.
