Refund Policy

Simple version: if you bought a license and it's not working for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you. No lengthy forms, no runaround.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with your Launchtic license. If Launchtic doesn't work for you, we'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy customer.

This policy applies to Pro and Enterprise license purchases made on launchtic.com.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within **30 days** of your original purchase date.

You have not already activated your license key on a server.

Your purchase was made directly on launchtic.com.

We will refund the full license amount. Stripe's payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The 30-day window has passed.

The license key has been activated (i.e., used on a running server).

The account has violated our Terms of Service.

Renewal charges — we send a reminder 7 days before renewal. If you miss it, contact us promptly and we'll work with you.

If your license was purchased through a third-party reseller, their refund policy applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Contact us on X at @launchtic with your order email and purchase date.

2. We'll verify your eligibility and confirm within 1–2 business days.

3. If approved, the refund will be processed via Stripe and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

We don't make refunds difficult. If you're eligible, you'll get it.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.

If you cancel within the 30-day window, you are entitled to a refund per Section 2.

After cancellation, your license key remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
