Email address — used for license key delivery and support communication.

Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Usage data — anonymous analytics to improve the product (page views, errors). No personal identifiers.

If you self-host Launchtic, we have no visibility into your instance, your data, or your users. Your server is yours.

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver your license key after purchase.

Send transactional emails (license activation, renewal reminders).

Respond to support requests.

Detect fraud and prevent abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Launchtic is designed for self-hosting. When you deploy Launchtic on your own server:

All data (contacts, funnels, emails) stays on your server.

We have zero access to your instance or your users' data.

You are the data controller for everything that runs on your infrastructure.

You are responsible for the security, backup, and compliance of your self-hosted instance.

We use the following third-party services:

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We may use additional analytics or advertising tools in the future. This policy will be updated accordingly.

We retain your email and purchase records for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.

If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You have the right to:

**Access** the personal data we hold about you.

**Correct** inaccurate data.

**Delete** your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

**Export** your data in a portable format.
