Software License
What you can and cannot do with Launchtic source code.
Launchtic is released under the Launchtic Sustainable Use License (LSUL) v1.0.
The source code is publicly available, and you can self-host and modify it for your own use. However, Launchtic is not fully open source — you cannot use it to create a competing hosted or commercial platform without a separate commercial agreement.
What you can do
You may:
- Self-host Launchtic for your own company or personal projects
- Use it internally for funnels, landing pages, CRM, automations, and email campaigns
- Modify the source code for your own use
- Contribute improvements back to the upstream project
- Share the source code for free under the same license
What you cannot do
You may not:
- Offer Launchtic as a hosted, managed, or shared SaaS platform for third parties
- White-label or rebrand Launchtic as your own product or service
- Sell or commercially redistribute Launchtic
- Bundle Launchtic into another commercial product or platform
- Remove or hide Launchtic branding, copyright, or license notices
Commercial licensing
If you want to:
- offer Launchtic as a service,
- embed it into a commercial platform,
- white-label it for clients, or
- redistribute it commercially,
you need a separate commercial license from TechFago LLC.
