How to activate your Launchtic Starter, Agency, or Enterprise license key.

Where to find your key

After purchasing, your license key is emailed to you. The prefix tells you the plan:

• LT-STR-... — Starter
• LT-AGY-... — Agency
• LT-ENT-... — Enterprise

If you didn't receive it within 10 minutes, DM @launchtic on X.

Activate in settings

1. Log in to your Launchtic instance
2. Go to Settings → License
3. Paste your key and click Activate
4. Paid features unlock immediately — no restart needed

Activate via environment variable

You can also set the key in your .env file before first boot:

LAUNCHTIC_LICENSE_KEY=LT-AGY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

One key = one instance

Each license key is tied to one self-hosted instance (one domain). If you need multiple instances, contact us for volume pricing.

What happens when the license expires

Paid features gracefully downgrade — your funnels keep running, contacts are safe, but:

• The "Powered by Launchtic" badge reappears
• Workspaces lock back to the Community limit (1)

No data is lost. Renew anytime to restore paid features.
